Work specifically for the Speakeasy includes: clean up, shore up domed roof and balcony, pour cement floor (currently dirt), install crock, new egress, permanent electrical wiring and fixtures, fresh air and humidity handlers, rear entry deck, rear entry vestibule, new stairs, a half bath, some kitchen amenities used for Speakeasy events, paint and decor, furniture, landscaping.
